Loves: when daddy comes, playing Hide and Seek, the park, bubbles, going outside, animals, reading books, watching Signing Time, holding hands, her cousins, her grandmas and papas, having everyone's attention, exploring, taking baths, kids, balls, climbing, running, bikes, loves to help, dipping her food, copying mom, being chased, music, dancing and getting into everything.

Hates: daddy going to work, when mom says no, bed time, getting her face washed, sharing her toys, sitting quietly, shopping, riding in the car for long periods of time, leaving Grandma's house, refried beans, mashed potatoes, having someone feed her, getting dressed, tuna fish.

Here is Kenedy at her 18 month appointment. She does so well for the Doctor. She sits really still and has a scared look on her face for a few minutes and then she warms up and shows him all her tricks! She got a shot this visit and she didn't even cry! She is a brave little thing, I know she didn't get that from me because I'm the biggest baby when it comes to shots! They gave her a sucker when it was over so I guess the shot was worth it!

Signing Time at the Zoo

Last Monday The Signing Time Cast visited the Hogle Zoo, so we made a trip down to see our Signing Time friends and the animals. We had a blast! It was so fun to see Rachel, Alex and Leah in person! Kenedy loved it! She danced as they sang and clapped her hands! After the concert we went and saw the animals in the Zoo. Signing Time put on a Scavenger Hunt for the kids. They had to find the answers to various questions and show the sign of the animal to get their prizes. All the kids did it and got some cute treats and prizes! Kenedy's favorite animal at the Zoo was the Gorillas! She just starred and waved at them. When it was time to go, she said, "More, More"! It was so cute! We enjoyed our annual trip to the Zoo and seeing the Cast of Signing Time!

PEE PEE In The Potty!

Today we bought a little potty for Kenedy. We thought she would like to sit on it and just start getting use to the potty. She is so excited about her new potty. She likes to take her diaper off and sit on it. When Daddy got home today, she showed him her new purchase and wanted to show him how it worked. She sat done and pretended to go potty and then got off and said, "Done". It was so cute. She did this a few more times and then all of the sudden the toilet started singing, which means she had peed in the potty! Yeah! We couldn't believe it, we never expected her to do this so soon! We jumped up and down and did the potty dance! She was so proud of herself! We were so proud of her and a little sad about how fast she is growing up! Each stage is so fun, but I just want it to slow done!

Kenedy's New Toy!

Nursery Here I Come!

Kenedy went to nursery for the first time today! She did really well! She walked right in and waved goodbye. I stuck my head in after Sunday School and she started crying and wanted me. I stayed in there for a few minutes until she was distracted and then I slipped out and headed to Relief Society. When Mike picked her up she was having so much fun, she didn't want to go home! She loved nursery! I am glad she enjoyed nursery because it makes it so much easier for me to leave her. I have been counting down the weeks until nursery for the last six months because Kenedy is such a monster at church. However, I have to admit I was sad not to have her with me in Sunday School and Relief Society! It was nice to leave church feeling uplifted instead of exhausted, but I am sad that she is growing up so fast! She isn't a baby anymore, she is a little girl!

Good-Bye Sundance!

This is Mike's last week working for Sundance Catalog. He accepted another DBA position for a company called Basic Research, it is a pharmaceutical company. Mike is excited about his new job, but he is sad to leave all his friends at Sundance! Sundance has been a great company to work for, they treat their employees well and Mike has made several close friends! We know it is time to move on, but change is still hard! I am proud of Mike and what a hard worker he is and I know he will do a great job at his new job!

Bear Lake

Last weekend we took off to Bear Lake for Raspberries Days! We decided to take the long route to Bear Lake and head up to the Park City Outlets so that we could get some good deals at Gap Friends and Family! We got more than enough and enjoyed every minute of it. After shopping we started our long trip to Bear Lake. Raspberries days was a Blast! We ran the 5k, shopped the Craft Show, ate fruit salsa, drank raspberries shakes, sat around the camp fire and played with the dogs! We left a little early due to a sick mommy and a whiny baby! We were sad to leave early, but we had a lot of fun with the Blackners and Coopers!
Kenedy and Kinlee with Ronald McDonald!

Friends We Miss!

The Bench's
The Bench's came to Utah and they fit us in their busy schedule! We were thrilled! Amy is one of my favorite friends and I have missed her so much! She is one of the kindest people I know! I miss our nightly walks and vent sessions! We no longer get to walk and talk, now we just get to talk long distance for hours! I appreciate Greg being so patient when we talk! The Bench's are the greatest! Her kids have grown up so much and it makes me sad that I don't get to see them grow! However, It is so much fun when we get together. The kids have a good time and Amy and I have a blast! I can't wait to get together with them again! It is my turn to go see them. So I think I'll have to take a trip to Arkansas after their sweet baby is born in October! Kenedy and Brin playing in the water at my mom's house! Brin sorry Kenedy hit you so many times, hopefully by the time we come to visit she will be done with her hitting phase!

Kenedy, Brin, and Tanner sporting their cute swimwear and smiles!

The Harmons
Kyle and Mike have been Best Friends since sixth grade! Kyle and Tiffany moved to Baltimore for Dental school, so now we only get to see them when they come to town! We are so excited when they come and always have tons of fun. Their little boy Kaiden is only four months younger than Kenedy, so Kenedy and Kaiden had a good time playing together, when they weren't hitting each other! Kaiden is going through the hitting phase as well, so it was nice to have someone give Kenedy a taste of her own medicine!

Kaiden and Kenedy taking a bath after their messy spaghetti dinner!

(Tiffany, Kenedy, Kaiden, and Mike)
All clean and in PJ's. It is always good to see the Harmons!
