Mickey Mouse Birthday

Our little Lincoln just turned

One

Two

{The Invite}

{The Theme}
Lincoln loves Mickey Mouse! I borrowed a bunch of stuffed Mickey's from a friend. One of them was about Five feet. When I brought it home, Lincoln looked at it and ran away! So funny! At the party we played, Don't Eat Mickey and Pin the Nose on Mickey. We ate pizza and cake and ice cream.
{The Guests}
Thank you to all our family and friends that came to Lincoln's party!

{The Birthday Boy}

Lincoln is the most mellow little man. He is a bit on the shy side also. Every time we sang Happy Birthday, we put his head down and would not look at anyone. It was Hilarious! Very different from Kenedy who wishes everyday was her birthday so that she could be in the spotlight every moment! ha ha!

Weight: 31.3 lbs. (85%)
Height: 36.8 inches (above the 95%)
Head: 20 inches (90%)

Likes: Mommy, balls, cars, make-up brushes, cleaning, PLAYING OUTSIDE, dirt, murphy, Fruit, milk, cheese, CANDY, when daddy comes home, books, T.V., jumping, running, climbing, playing with Kenedy
Hates: getting in trouble, vegetables, getting his diaper changed (still), sitting on the potty, loud noises
Words: ball, juice, Mom, Dad, Kenedy, Romnee, Murphy, baby, no, yes, milk, snack, banana, apple, outside, book, hurt, ouch, bike, love you, please, thank you, some, this, cheese, gum, popcorn, Mickey Mouse, Papa, Grandma
Lincoln is a boy when it comes to talking. I swear Kenedy and I were having conversations by this age. Lincoln on the other hand, is a quiet boy. He can say anything you tell him to, but he doesn't put very many words together and there are only a few he really uses. The rest of the time he just grunts and points to things. It is funny with the first one how fast you want them to grow up and do things. With Lincoln I just want him to stay my baby boy. We love Lincoln so much and cannot imagine the Bird home without him!

Easter

The kids had tons of fun hunting for eggs with the Bird cousins, the Webb cousins and at home! They looked darling in their Easter clothes! Too bad, we can't seem to get a good picture with all three of them. We will keep working on it!

March Happenings

{Disney on Ice}
The kids loved watching all their favorite characters skate around! Kenedy would jump up and down and Lincoln was star struck. I knew Kenedy would love Disney on Ice, but I wasn't quite sure how Lincoln would do. I thought we would be chasing him up and down the stairs. Boy was I wrong, he loved it! He watched the entire show! Thanks Mom and Dad for the great tickets!

{Luckiest Mom Ever!}
I love St. Patricks Day! We had a Leprechaun visit us for a few days before St. Patricks Day. He left messes and treats. The kids loved it! I love watching their cute little faces light up. I will be so sad when they no longer believe in magical creatures! I am so lucky to have such healthy, darling children. It brings me to tears to thing of our life and the three little blessings we have received. I could not ask for more!

{Springtime}

This weather is sure confusing! However, we love days like this!! Lincoln and Kenedy spend all day outside when the weather is behaving. They eat breakfast get dressed and run outside. I love that it is getting nice outside! Now could some please tell the weather that it needs to stay that way!

Romnee at 3 Months

Loves: To be talked to, to be held, sleeping, feeding time, music, kids, running water, vacuum, getting her diaper changed, the bath
Hates: wet and dirty diapers, when she is hungry

Romnee is the easiest baby! She is so smiley and content. She has a small reflex problem, but it hasn't caused her to loose weight like Lincoln.

She sleeps about 10-12 hours at night and 6 hours in the day. Sometimes I feel like she is always asleep. She eats 4 to 6 ounces every three hours. She is starting to get cheeks and thighs and I love to squeeze them!

Kenedy's 4th Birthday

Four!?!

I feel like I brought Kenedy home a week ago and now she is four! She is at the funnest age, but it is so sad watching her grow so fast! I really want to freeze time and just hug her and pinch her cute little cheeks!
The morning of her birthday, she had her preschool Valentines party. One more way to celebrate the birth if this little angel.
{Kangaroo Zoo}
we took Kenedy and her cute little friends to Kangaroo Zoo so they could jump all their wiggles out! They had a blast!

{Rock Star Party}

Kenedy came to me about a month before her birthday and informed me that she wanted a pink guitar cake for her birthday. As time went on, I thought she would pick something more her age, but her mind was made up. I figured she had the perfect haircut, that she so kindly gave herself in December, so Rock-n-roll here we come.

{FAMILY}

Kenedy loves her cousins. She calls them her friends! Family,Thanks for being so supportive of our birthday parties! You are our Best Friends!!

Pizza, Cake, Ice cream, Presents, and Rockband!

Romnee at Two months

Weight: 8.2 (5%)
Height: 21.2 (25%)
Head: 14 inches (below 5%)
This little lady turned two months. She is the happiest, most content little thing.

In January and February, Romnee had several doctor appointments. Before she was born we were told that her kidney was refluxing. After several tests and trips to the hospital, we were told she will out grow this problem and need to be tested again in six months. For all the poking and jabbing, Romnee was still a pleasant little miss. We were very relieved to know that everything was normal and no surgery was needed.

Trying to get a good picture of all three kids is quite the trick! Kenedy and Lincoln love their baby sister. Kenedy is very protective of her and Lincoln likes to poke her.

At Two months Romnee was sleeping about 5-7 hours. Half of the time it was through the night. When she was 2 and a half months she was officially sleeping through night. Sleeping up to 9 hours. She was eating 4 oz. every three hours except through the night. She is a good eater, but has a little bit of reflex.
Likes: being held, eating, talked to, Kenedy, Lincoln, bouncy Chair, being wrapped tight, singing, the sound of water, getting her diaper changed, the bath
Dislikes: Being burped, when she is hungry, dirty diapers
Firsts: Slept through the night, Valentines Day, Church, Smile, trip to Primary Children's Hospital

January

My cute brother caught quite the catch! We feel so blessed to have Denise apart of our Eternal Family! AJ is the sweetest guy and deserves her so much! We could not be happier for these two.

I could not stop crying through the ceremony in the temple. The spirit was so strong. At one point the sealer said, "I know AJ just thanks is Heavenly Father every night for sending him Denise!" He has know idea how true that really is. AJ has had a rough couple of years. We have watched him go through some of the hardest things. He has endured these trials with his head up and a smile on his face. He his my hero and I look up to him so much! Our Father in Heaven also sees what an amazing person he is and this is why he sent him Denise!

The reception was beautiful! They had some really fun decor and details! The kids loved the chocolate fountain and the kids room the best! The photographer did a good job capturing this beautiful day!

The greatest thing about these two is: They are two peas in a pod! This picture is totally them! I love you two so much!!
